Who we are

This policy applies to the Arrows GO Android game from AdBuilds. For privacy questions or requests, email support@adbuilds.dev. Arrows GO does not require an account or ask for your name or email address to play.

Game data on your device

The game stores campaign and Infinity progress, daily challenge history, current boards, coins, lives, hints, themes, settings and any purchase tokens in local app storage. This lets you resume games and prevents a purchase or reward from being credited twice. The app does not upload this save to an AdBuilds game account.

Android device backup settings, if enabled, may affect whether app data is restored after reinstalling. You can clear the local save through your device’s app storage settings.

Optional rewarded ads

Arrows GO offers rewarded videos for optional benefits such as hints, lives and restoring a missed challenge day. A video is requested only after you choose that option. On supported Android builds, the game uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and Google’s consent tools.

When a rewarded ad is requested, Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), ad or app interactions, diagnostic data, and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID. They use this information to deliver and measure ads and help prevent fraud. Which identifiers are available can depend on your device, app configuration and privacy choices. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Where required, Google’s consent message asks for your choices before an ad loads. In the game, go to Settings → Privacy to reopen ad privacy options when available. If consent or an ad is unavailable, that video reward cannot be granted.

Optional game data sharing

Share Game Data is off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, Arrows GO records limited gameplay and technical events, such as level results, hint use, play duration and errors, in a small diagnostic log on your device. This helps investigate problems and improve the game. Turning the setting off stops future game reporting and removes the game’s local diagnostic log.

In the current project configuration, remote Sentry reporting is not enabled. If a future release enables remote diagnostics, we will update this policy to describe that service and its retention before releasing it.

Purchases

Paid checkout is disabled in the current game build. If a future version enables purchases, checkout will be provided by Google Play, which processes the payment and related transaction data under its own terms and privacy policy. Arrows GO will save purchase tokens and the resulting game entitlements locally to manage and restore eligible items. AdBuilds does not receive your payment card details from the game.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in the message. We use it to answer your request and keep a reasonable support history. Your message is handled by the email services used to deliver and receive it. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

Retention and deletion

  • Local game data: kept on your device until you clear the app’s storage or remove the app, subject to your Android backup settings.
  • Optional diagnostics: the small local log rotates as it fills and is cleared when you switch Share Game Data off.
  • Support messages: kept while needed to answer your request and maintain a support history, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or obligation. You may request deletion by emailing us.
  • Google ad or payment data: retained by those providers according to their own policies and your applicable choices.

There is no Arrows GO account to delete. Clearing app storage removes the game’s local data on that device, including progress and consumable balances.

Your choices and rights

You can leave game data sharing off or change it in Settings. You can choose whether to request rewarded ads and manage available ad privacy options in the game. You can also use Android’s advertising ID controls.

If privacy law applies where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To ask us about information we hold, including support messages, email support@adbuilds.dev. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the relevant person. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security and changes

The game keeps its progress in Android app storage rather than a public game profile. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK encrypts the user data it transmits. We limit optional diagnostics to a defined set of game events and do not attach screenshots or arbitrary logs in the current configuration.

We will update this page if the app’s data practices change. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised. For questions about this policy, contact support@adbuilds.dev.
